Kyle was recommended to us by our mortgage broker and he did not disappoint. One thing I really appreciated is how honest he is. It never felt like he was just after the sale — he’d always give us the pros and cons and tell us straight up if something was wrong with a house or if it is overpriced. I love how Kyle uses AI and social media a lot, it really shows he’s on top of things. He went above and beyond too — after we found something that fit our budget and what we wanted, he even put together a development report for the house we ended up buying. Kyle is a luxury realtor, but luxury doesn’t mean million dollar house — luxury is the service he provides. Highly recommend!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle on a transaction where I represented the buyers. He was professional, kind, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I look forward to working together again in the future!

I can't imagine a better realtor. Kyle works hard and brilliantly to sell a property. My condo sold in less than a week! For his video on social media he was eloquent and expansive in his presentation. In the follow-up to the sale he kept in contact until closing. I can't recommend him too highly.

Kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me all the way through purchasing my place. His support on reviewing the strata documentation was particularly helpful.

BEST REALTOR EVER! We worked with Kyle to both sell our home and buy our new one and couldn’t be happier with our results! On the selling side, Kyle made everything so smooth and seamless and we had an accepted offer within the first week. His knowledge of the market and how to price our home properly was so helpful. His marketing and social media presence and advertising really made a difference. On the buying side, Kyle took the time to understand what we were looking for and had such helpful insights on things we should consider and look out for with certain properties. He had really great thoughts on what to consider for re-sale, suitable layouts for families and future upgrades we could make. When we found our forever home, Kyle’s expertise and negotiating skills got us a fantastic price and terms on a home we love and can’t wait to make memories in. We really couldn’t recommend Kyle enough and are so glad he was our realtor!

I work in real estate and have access to market data and trends, so for my own purchase we needed a realtor who understands the story between the numbers — someone with strong negotiating skills and the ability to identify real value in a dynamic market. I started my search on YouTube and came across many realtors, but Kyle immediately stood out. His videos showed not only market expertise but a real grasp of buyer and seller psychology. On our introductory call, he was personable, thoughtful, and I appreciated that he never pressured us to rush into the market. Kyle helped us filter out the lemons and find the true diamond in the rough. We set a target price, and he delivered a property that checked every box and hit that target. His background in construction was a huge asset when discussing renovation potential, and he was consistently accessible and supportive throughout the process. He genuinely cared about making sure we landed in the right place. I have zero hesitation recommending Kyle to friends and family.

If you are looking for an elite agent in the Lower Mainland, look no further than Kyle Mark. Operating as a Realtor in Victoria, I needed a top-tier agent in Vancouver to handle a listing for a family member. This particular transaction was uniquely challenging, but Kyle's perseverance was unmatched. He continuously came up with creative ways to keep momentum alive, driving a massive volume of traffic through the door until the job was done. His sophisticated marketing strategy achieved incredible visibility, while his patient, supportive, and educational approach ensured my family member felt comfortable and well-guided from start to finish. She had nothing but glowing things to say about her experience. Kyle is truly one of the absolute best Realtors in the Lower Mainland. His dedication and elite skill set are exactly what you want in a real estate professional, and I will confidentially continue to refer my business to him. Thanks Kyle!

I engaged Kyle to sell my condo. Due to the considerable challenges currently facing the downtown condo market it took tremendous patience, perseverance, and commitment on his part to sell it. I found Kyle to be very professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward, and he always acted with the highest degree of integrity. I would absolutely recommend him.

I hadn’t sold a property in over ten years, and working with Kyle Mark was exactly the refresher I needed. He guided me through every step with clear, timely updates and straightforward advice—great for both first-time buyers/sellers and anyone who’s a bit out of practice like me. Kyle’s professionalism stood out, and I genuinely enjoyed his Instagram content; he leveraged social media strategically to showcase my home. My property had been listed previously without success. After partnering with Kyle Agent and making a modest 7.5% price adjustment based on his recommendations, we re-listed—and it sold on the first day for full asking. If you want a realtor who leads well, communicates proactively, and knows how to market a property online, Kyle Mark is an excellent choice.
